Recent messages to WMPolice - Case 20/361309/25 - update JN, I can now provide more details concerning the identity of my threatening adversary (30th August - "I'll drop you one"), an apparent guest (even relative) of the tenant at 157; yes, I understand that this case "is still one word against the other" but this new information might allow WMP to speak to the culprit directly, if only to make 'im personally aware of the position - I have attached today's image from 'my back yard' (yes, that revolting hound is at least on a lead) and an image of a Smart Car PN59 KYX (again to aid identification) on which 'e was leaning a few minutes earlier (and presumably the keeper). Please note that the dog (as is commonly used to describe such useless bags of you-might-know-what) barked as I entered the building (after a litterpick) a while later (I had even prevented the door from crashing behind me (with which my neighbours, mostly if not entirely, don't bother)), but still the pest heard - and I'm not on its property! Please also note that the conversation also included confirmation that the official sole tenant of 157 is due for release from detention within the next few weeks (in October), that the tenant has abused, threatened and assaulted yours, expressing the desire to kill me, and was taken-away a year last February by armed colleagues - given the 'closing timetable' I must increase my offer for the dog, with instalments, to £5000.  I have had notification from the Council that mediation services have been suspended, so if you have any suggestions, beyond Citizens Advice, do get in touch. JN, Yes, that makes me feel much better - it's important that my neighbours are asked questions to suggest that they are, if only to some extent, 'under supervision' and cannot act 'entirely with independence', even if progressing a case is 'difficult'. Communication is important - the Council are 'particularly bad' in this regard and so many issues can be solved with the many forms of social contact - negotiation, mediation, etc. I suspect that solving current issues, particularly with the Council, is held up by their inexplicable 'near-corporate' pro-dog stance - there is still a glimmer of hope regarding WMP as any given bobbie is not necessarily a doggie. DAustin Date: 09/04/25 18:44 Subject: RE: [External]: Case 20/361309/25 Good evening Mr Austin, I am afraid you just have to trust that we have made enquiries into this. In regards to identifying the suspect. The tenants at 157 do not want to provide details and ultimately I can’t force them to tell me. Even if we did know who this suspect was, then it is still one word against the other as there were no witnesses and no CCTV that would pick up any voice etc. Kind regards  PC Jess Neate | 24531 Lye and Amblecote Neighbourhood Team Dudley LPA West Midlands Web: westmidlands.police.uk Working in partnership, making communities safer Subject: [External]: Case 20/361309/25 JN, Regarding today's text message to the effect that WMP will not be pursuing this case - how do I know that any enquiries have been made?  It would seem quite easy to establish the identity of my potential assailant by contacting the tenant of 157, or indeed his relatives, who will know who was asked to 'sit', walk and even toilet that dog. Please note that WMP continue to, essentially, ignore my plight, as do Council Officials  - I've asked repeatedly for mediation with my hateful neighbours, as recently as this morning! Two grand has been made available to assist in settling this matter [now £5000]. DAustin, 162 High Street, Lye Village, Stourbridge.
